You also agree to remain in continuous contact with the Rescue during this trial period. You also acknowledge and agree that Just Cause Rescue or any of its employees, board members, volunteers, or any one else affiliated with the Rescue, is not responsible for any bites, scratches, communicable diseases, unrecognized issues, behavior problems, or anything else that may occur with the animal during the trial period or adoption.

You also understand that the Rescue makes no guarantees as to the condition of the animal you are applying for.

You also agree that everything you have answered on this application or otherwise regarding this trial period and adoption, is true.

You agree to provide a loving FOREVER home for this animal and if you are unable to do so, you will immediately contact Just Cause Rescue.
